We follow the following mentioned points for our return policy:
- Any item to be returned must be unused and must not be damaged.
- The return request must be made within 2 hours of receiving the product. Return requests can be made via email to the specified email ID as provided on the Contact us page.
- The item returned must be unsealed, properly packed and then returned.
- We do not arrange a reverse pick up for the item to be returned. The customer is requested to return the item via courier.
- Any used, broken, and/or tampered product shall not be accepted.
- We will be accepting the returned product only in its original form. Any damage/loss in transit won’t be accepted by us.
If your order qualifies for a return, please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with a reason for the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
